2. Data we collect

  • Beta application data: first name, email address and the interest profile you select.
  • Message-delivery and security data needed to process the form, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures.
  • With your consent, analytics data such as viewed pages, approximate location, device/browser information, interactions, referring source and session information.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the beta form.

3. Why we use it

Beta registration and communications
To record your request, send confirmation and contact you about PrintMyMind.ai. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in organising the beta.
Security and reliability
To protect the site, detect abuse and resolve technical incidents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
Analytics
To understand traffic and improve the experience. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who receives the data

Access is limited to authorised people working for Vistory Group Ltd and service providers necessary to host the site, store beta applications and send email. Google receives analytics data only when you accept analytics cookies. Providers act under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. Retention

  • Technical submission records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting.
  • Beta registration data is kept until the beta programme and related launch communications end, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Analytics retention is controlled in Google Analytics and is not kept longer than reasonably necessary for traffic analysis.

7. Cookies and analytics

PrintMyMind.ai uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation and interactions and to improve the website. Our measurement identifier is G-P6M9TWKD93. Analytics is not used here for advertising.

You can block or delete analytics cookies using your browser’s privacy settings or a content-blocking extension. Blocking analytics does not prevent access to the website.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent. Contact the privacy team to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or to the data-protection authority in your country of residence.

9. Children

The beta form is not intended for children under 16 acting without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the beta develops or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
